Igor Fuks

Igor Fuks serves as a Director of Dune Acquisition Corporation Mr. Fuks is a Managing Director, Head of Special Situations at Trilantic North America. His primary focus is on debt and equity investments in financially, regulatorily, legally and/or operationally stressed businesses across a wide range of sectors. Before joining Trilantic North America to launch the Special Situations platform, Igor led the formation of a distressed and special situations strategy for Tarsadia Capital, a multi-billion dollar single-family office.

Prior to that role, Igor was a Managing Principal at Bardin Hill Investment Partners/Halcyon Capital Management, an investment manager focused on distressed and stressed credit, litigation and event-driven strategies. Earlier in his career Igor was an Analyst in the Credit Opportunities Group of D. E. Shaw & Co., LP. He began his career as an Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in the Restructuring & Finance Group. Igor holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Government from Dartmouth College. Mr.Fuks’ qualifications to serve on our board of directors include his deal structuring and financial expertise.
